Jackie Brock originally comes from Wakefield in Yorkshire and was the Assemblies of God missionary which we helped support in Japan. Jackie has returned to Wakefield until she completes her Ph D degree with Mattersey Bible College but she is hoping to resume her work in Japan soon after. She was involved full time in bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ to students on the campuses of universities in Tokyo through Chi Alpha ministry. 'Chi' is the first Greek letter of 'Christ' and 'Alpha' is the first Greek letter of 'Ambassador', so it means they are Ambassadors for Christ on university campuses. Her former colleagues continue this work and also distribute 'Book of Hope' which is a magazine of 64 pages containing the story of Jesus based on the four Gospels and with pages discussing other issues relevant to students.
